I will be in Paris in end of May (26th-28th) this year and would like to visit the Eiffel Tower, Louvre and Palace of Versailles. Unfortunately I will be in Paris on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, which I've read are the most busiest days of the week. Which days and time should I visit these 3 attractions to best avoid the crowds?

Versailles is closed Mondays, Louvre is closed Tuesdays.
Weekend engineering work can sometimes complicate travel to Versailles, so in doubt, I would visit Versailles on Tuesday.
To minimize crowds, book a time slot at opening time for both the Louvre and Versailles.
Eiffel Tower is crowded whenever, so book the time that suits your agenda.
