Are you looking for a French-style breakfast or an American-style breakfast ?
If the latter, Breakfast in America, 4, rue Mahler, 75004. Just right north of the rue de Rivoli.

I'm just now noticing that Breakfast in America has bullied Le Ju out of the brunch tourist trade! A bit of a surprise.
