Hi All,
Looking for a B & B or hotel near the Eiffel Tower (7th A) or near the Louvre. Willing to spend up to $150/night. Want something clean and safe.. Any suggestions? Would love a great view. First time in Paris, going for 2 nights so want to be near the sights. Thanks!

If you want a view of the Eiffel Tower as well as a convenient and safe location, try to get a balcony room at the Ibis Gare Montparnasse.

The Hotel Relais Bosquet is perfect on location, but not on your budget. Consider a splurge..... If you like it on Facebook, breakfast is free. Rick Steves frequently stays there. We found it worth it to pay a little more and really enjoyed ou stay. Great views of the Eiffel Tower from the upper floors.

Totally agree about Hotel Relais Bosquet--loved the location and there are lots of excellent restaurants within walking distance. ET is just a short walk. Breakfast was included and was a very nice buffet. We were there recently for 4 nights. They arranged for a driver to pick us at CDG and this was perfect after arriving with jet lag.
