Yes they are high-end, which is not an issue (this is one of those rare occasions). We are looking at what I would call a semi-custom day tour; driver pick up at a Loire Valley train station in the morning (eg Blois-Chgambord) and drop-off at Tours/St Pierre des Corps around 6pm.
Emails, website, literature etc. seem good.
I just want to double-check / validate before committing to them.
(open to other recommended tour companies as well. We initially thought we would do one those day trips that pick you up at your Paris hotel, but it starts earlier than we like and runs for 13 hours).
