What is the best way to travel from the Loire Valley to Saint Tropez? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

If using trains, it is quicker to travel back to Paris and then south.
However, I would take the train to Lyon, then TGV to St Raphael, and bus to St Tropez.

Toulon is also train station option that has bus service for the last leg of the trip. How to Look Up Train Schedules and Routes Online gives you the DB train schedule link and tips for using it.
