I am trying to choice where to stay in the Loire Valley in March 2015 for 4 nights. I have read the guide books and trip advisor reviews and was wondering if any of you have any suggestions? This will be for our 30th anniversary trip and would like something romantic. They all look great on line and am having a hard time deciding.

We love Amboise. Picture perfect village with its own chateau and Leonardo da Vinci park. Be sure to take a romantic evening walk along the beautiful Loire river.

If you are looking for a romantic place to stay, I recommend Chateau d' Artigny in Montbazon. 15 miles from Tours, in the heart of the Loire Valley and close to all the castles and wineries. We stayed here for 4 nights and we still dream about returning. The grounds are amazing and you'll never forget eating in their restaurant.
