I think you’ll need to be more specific. The Loire Valley covers a lot of territory (170 miles)…

Actually the Loire valley covers about 700 miles.
There are various lakes where sailing is a possibility, but the only sailing boats I have seen on the freshwater parts of the river have been outboard assisted river boats.
