Does anyone have recommendations for a apartment hotel or other accommodations for 5 adults. My husband and I are travelling with our three adult children over Christmas.
Thank you in advance!

For Paris, or are you going elsewhere in France?
Have you used Booking.com to look for your group's lodging? There you can search for apartments as well as other kinds of accommodations. If you haven't used it before, it will be a bit of a learning curve, but you'll soon figure it out.
Keep in mind that when places are listed it is common that a sofa bed will be counted as a bed, so pay close attention to the pictures. Also if the place is older, a shower may be listed, but it's a hand held one on the side of the tub, so look for the shower head on the wall or overhead in the pictures. 🚿🛁
Yes! Paris.
I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with an establishment!
Thank you!

Two rooms will be easiest. A double room, then a triple room. Even finding a triple room with three actual beds (not a sofa bed) will be a challenge. Rooms in Paris tend to be tiny.
hey hey surfin
like others have said, check booking.com for apartments and amenities. with the stop on Airbnb’s and vrbo’s, having license numbers starting with #75, there are very few available. it’s not only paris it’s all over the world. housing is very ugly for local residents to find a place to live.
look for two hotel rooms (one with 2 beds one with 3 beds and you’ll have 2 bathrooms for your gang).
many have 4 people max for safety reasons, a city ordinance and hotel compliance.

you are going during very busy season, rooms are small, sofa beds are not the best and most comfortable but if your tribe wants to go and enjoy, go for it. these places are staying near city and activities. otherwise stay outside of city. we did in the 14th and not very happy. wanted to be near center but needed taxi into places/things we wanted to see and do. book your sites/activities early like NOW, it will be crowded and busy, no off season anymore. too many people traveling nowdays. what is everybody’s interests to do,
budget in euros, first time to paris, fun tours, cooking class/food tour/paris walks, retro-tour.com, champagne tour in reims, discoverwalks.com, Montmartre and place de tertre to walk around artists, shop, have picture drawn, sit at cafe with glass of wine and an appetizer, eat crepes and soufflé.
any more questions, ask. all willing to help and give info for good bad ugly. take it with a grain of salt, just have fun and be in your own world

Our family of four stayed in connecting rooms at the lovely Hotel Bedford.

The rooms were big for Paris and the staff was very friendly.
I would stay there again but lately I prefer staying in Saint Germain des Près.
This might be heresy, but I believe that Residence Inns are designed for this sort of thing. And look, it's right next to a Smash Burger!
