Loco2 vs Trainline

Thanks to all those who answered my previous query regarding train travel. I am not trying to book trains. Loco2 is telling me they are not selling tickets for my travel date yet (Paris to Rouen on Sept. 15), even though it is within two months. Why is this? I am also looking at trains between Paris and Giverny/Vernon and loco2 says there is one train around 11 am but train line offers several other times including 10:17 am and 12:20 am. Why are those not trains on loco? Thanks!

I don't know the answer, but I wouldnt worry too much. I have bought tickets from Trainline in the past, but used Loco2 this year because Trainline charged a small fee on some routes.

Buy them on Trainline now, or wait a bit longer and they will probably show up on Loco2 eventually.

Hi,
From the look of oui SNCF, it seems that there is engineering work on Sunday 15 Sep on the line to Rouen. There isn't a single direct train in the morning showing up. I would wait a month and see how the situation evolves (trains can't sell out on this line, and cheap fares are available close to departure).
