Les Perles de Monte Carlo , oysters anyone?

Hi,

I find this very decent local place (compared to the other glitziest restaurants in French Riviera) called Les Perles de Monte Carlo. It only serves local oysters, lobsters and seabass. it's right at the tip of Port de Fontveille.

Has anyone tried this? How is pricewise? and i think you could climb up to its upper deck and view the wonderful facade of the Oceanography Museum and surrounding yacht port

I haven't been there but it sounds great! I want to return to Provence this spring so this might be someplace to try.

THANKS!

Hi Bev,

this place is highly recommended. my hubby and mom LOVE it so much. it's very much a local place with fantastic view and great oyster, lobster and seabass (they only serve seabass for fish but it's so fresh and well seasoned). on top of the place is a dock where u could do fishing even and have a nice 360 degrees of fantastic view! the service was great, the most enthusiastic, friendliest and very welcoming waitress we've ever met. u should give it a try :)
