Les Baux and Pont du Gard in one day?

Hi, we will be staying in Arles for a few days in May, and we're planning to go to Les Baux de Provence and Pont du Gard on one day. We will have a rental car. Is it is feasible to visit both sights in one day? Also, what would be some good options for a charming little town to visit and have lunch on that day, very roughly between Les Baux and Pont du Gard? I have fond memories of Roussillon, but it's a clearly out of the way for this day's adventure.

Yes they are not that far apart. Have lunch at Les Baux or Pont du Gard there is outdoor café seating with a view of the aquaduct or take a picnic or have lunch in Nimes there are some Roman sites there also

When we were there last September, we thought Uzes was charming. It's only ten miles past Pont du Gard. You could go to Pont du Gard, then Uzes for lunch. Afterwards, Les Baux (don't miss the luminaries show) and then stop at the Barbegal Aqueduct (a lovely undeveloped site) on the way back to Arles. Total mileage is 80 miles.
