Left luggage facilities in Rue Cler area?

Hello,
I'm travelling to France with my husband, 11 year old and 9 year old in 3 weeks time (getting excited now!).
We arrive at CDG at 7am after a long flight from NZ.
We have booked an apartment for a week on Rue Dominique near Rue Cler. I imagine we'll be tired after our long journey and adjusting to a big time zone change. Ideally we'd like to take a taxi straight to the apartment, drop our bags, then go for some breakfast and have a bit of walk around to orient ourselves. The problem is our check in time for the apartment is 3pm and it will be a hassle wandering around with bags.
I've been in touch with the owner through Air BNB and asked if it would be possible to check in earlier. He has said he will try and accommodate this if he can, but it might not be possible. He's asked me to get in touch a few days before and he will let me know.
As a back up plan I'm trying to find out if anyone knows of any left luggage facilities or places to store bags in the Rue Cler area.
Any suggestions much appreciated!

If the owner could let you pay for the previous night, you could check in early.
If the apartment is unoccupied, that is.

Thank you.

The eelway service looks like perfect solution for us.

On their website they say:
The service cost 20 euros fix fee for pick-up and drop-off service and 10 euros per additional bag. If you want us to store your luggage several days, each night if storage costs 5€ (no latter the number of bags).

Our plan was to get navigo passes at the airport but still catch a taxi from CDG to avoid hassle of taking bags on the train and walking around Paris. With eelway service someone will pickup our bags at the airport and deliver them later to our air BnB for €60 - we can use our passes to catch the train to Paris and walk around unencumbered then check in to Air BNB and have bags delivered to us - will only cost €5 more than getting a taxi!

City Lockers has locations all over Paris. I have left baggage at a location in the Latin Quartier when I had a late check in. It is not too expensive and a good alternative when your landlord does not have a place to store luggage while the previous tenant is still there or while the apartment is cleaned.
