Can anyone tell me about their experience with this hotel? It seems to be in the first arrondissement but is very close to the Marais, I think? It looks good to me and I got a pretty good deal, but please tell me any downsides that you know of about the hotel or the area....Thank you!

My niece and her husband stayed at this hotel for their honeymoon. They are very seasoned travelers and really loved the convenience of being near the Chatelet les Halles station although if they wanted to catch the 4 train, they went to Etienne Marcel. They found it very easy to walk to Le Marais and Rue Montorgueil The downside that they mentioned is that it is not the most charming part of Paris and it can be a bit noisy in the area. But overall they loved it and returned with his parents a a year or two later.
