Seems like an area I'd like to stay. Active, young, and in the center of it all, Any body have suggestions for an apartment with a terrace, or patio? Only two people.

You should really look for the 13-digit registration number, before you proceed.
It should be on the website. AirBnB is where I'd look, first.
Doubt that there is a patio or a terrace or even a balcony.

We stayed in the Marais last summer and used VRBO. The apartment was wonderful. I however doubt that you will be able to find a terrace or patio.... our building had an interior courtyard although it was not meant to be used as a sitting area.
There are however tons of cafes and restaurants with outside patios where you can sit and eat/drink.
