Le Jules Verne - Separate tickets?

I would like to place a reservation for a weekday lunch at Le Jules Verne. Do I need to purchase separate tickets to gain entrance to the tower, or is it included in the reservation? Additionally, can I still view the 1st and 2nd floor with this reservation (I've read that you will need to purchase a separate ticket to reach the very top.) Thank you!

I did the lunch at Le Jules Verne in 2011 and the entire experience was amazing! We did not need to buy any separate tickets...just rocked up to the exclusive lift entrance at the base and were whisked to the restaurant right away. There were two of us and we had requested a window table ahead of time; there was a party of 6 who were upset they had to sit further away as the windows are all two and four tops. After the fabulous feast, we were given access to the exterior, but you're right, you have to pay to go to the very top, which you can do from the restaurant level (I don't remember a queue at all - just the need for a ticket.) When you leave, make sure you go back down through the restaurant as they gave us a little bag of madeleines to take away.

That lunch at Le Jules Verne (and the tasting menu at Verjus and the day trip to Champagne and the Carnavalet and G Detou and...) was the highlight of our trip. :)
