We will be traveling from Le Harve to Gare de Lyon and would prefer to take a private driver to the station.
The timing of the trains from Le Harve to Gare de Lyon don't work with our schedule.

The "my day trip" platform has some good reviews on this forum.
But you're looking at 400€, for a journey that won't be any faster than by train. When is your trip? Perhaps all the train schedules aren't loaded yet.
Also, note that trains from Le Havre do not go to Gare de Lyon, but to Gare Saint Lazare, so if you specify Gare de Lyon as the destination from Le Havre, you might not see any meaningful results.
Gare Saint Lazare to Gare de Lyon is best done by metro line 14, which has escalators and elevators to/from platforms. A cab is much slower.
One possibility here for the issue with the timing of the trains could be the spelling of the name of the town. Have you been using Le Havre or Le Harve in your searches? Another possibility could the site that you are using for research. Are you using the official SNCF site? Any site that would provide options for a train from Le Havre to Paris to arrive at Gare de Lyon is suspect. There are trains leaving La Havre for Paris just about once an hour every weekday and they all go to Gare St Lazare as noted by Balso.
