Le Bus to CDG, Passport Control

Trying to plan out our outbound transfer to CDG. On a previous trip we appreciated the convenience and comfort of Le Bus but then it was early on a Sunday to Orly. This time we're looking at catching Le Bus in the 8-9a timeframe Paris on a Tuesday to CDG. The web site says about 1 hour but I wonder about traffic - what might be a typical travel time at about then on a weekday.

On a related note we're flying Icelandair and I note check-in doesn't open until 2.5 hours before departure. I've never been real clear on Iceland's Eu status. I'm hoping we don't go through passport control in Paris but wait til we get to Iceland?

Plan on at least 90 minutes for the bus. My brother took it from Gare de Lyon once during rush hour and it took 95 minutes.

Iceland's status in the EU is irrelevant to your question. What is relevant is whether it is a member of the Schengen Zone which it is. As a result, you will go through outbound passport control in Iceland though you may have a passport check in Paris due to heightened security concerns.
