We will be in Paris for 3 nights (staying in airbnb) then off to Provence. We will return to Paris our last night. Our international flight leaves CDG at 1:00pm. Would love recommendations for our last night in Paris. Looking for a hotel. Should we 1. stay near Garde d'Nord and take the train to CDG, 2. stay at CDG or 3. stay in a nicer area in Paris and take the train to CDG? Thank you

I'm with option 3. You'll be coming back to Gare de Lyon, take the 63 bus to Cluny/St Germain area and have a nice Paris dinner and an evening stroll along the Seine. Next morning, you can take the RER B from Luxembourg or St Michel/Notre Dame to CDG.

….or stay in Paris, eat a nice dinner, take the boat down the Seine to see the Eiffel Tower flashing its lights and have a special last night memory in Paris…..then catch a taxi as we just did to CDG……….

When we have one night and an afternoon flight, we stay at Henri IV Rive Gauche and then take the RER B from St. Michel/Notre Dame to the airport. Love to have that nice dinner and stroll by the river with the city lit up.
