We have Rick's France Planning map, but find the Paris side of the map to be small and hard to read (old man eyes). Also, the section of the map where we're planning on staying (the 15th) is covered by an inset map. I've searched online for a large wall map of the city of Paris, without any luck. Any suggestions on where to find one?
Wall maps these days are more decorative than functional. If you search on Amazon for "Paris Folding Maps" you will get better results like this:
I have used this map for many trips to Paris and love it. This is listed at $20 which is high for a map but a quick search seems like maybe this company no longer makes maps. Too bad -- if you can find this one, it's a good one!

Check out Streetwise maps. They still have small print, but cover more of the city than Rick's maps do. Barnes & Noble carries them; some of them are available on this website, as well:
Could these maps of the 15th arrondissement help?

You can download it in PDF
(the other arrondissements are also available)
The great thing about Paris is all of the metro stops that go everywhere have big steet maps for example in this picture

I think all book stores have a section for maps. I am you sure you could find Paris Street maps on Amazon.
I won't leave home without a Streetwise folding laminated map. OK maybe I'm old fashioned but it never crashes and is easy to check and recheck as you walk along. You will also see things on there you didn't know about.
For an upcoming trip I've decided to try another folding map called Streetsmart and it's not bad.
I really like Borsch maps. They do make one of Paris. I have ones of Venice and Florence, which I got at Barnes and Noble, if I recall correctly.
I've also got the streetwise map but if you'll tell us where you are staying one of us can look to make sure your neighborhood is on that map. I can't find mine right now but I think it peters out around Gare Montparnasse.
And, honestly, for the last couple of trips I did not take a paper map (which is probably why I can't find it!), I just used CityMapper for everything. I DO love maps so this was quite a shock for me but it worked well.
I use Streetwise maps and red grease pens to mark on them.
Just adding another idea - If I can’t find a map I like, I just go into Google maps, enter an address and then enlarge the detail to the size I want. I take a screenshot to keep on my iPad and later, print the ones I want with me during the trip. I mark anything of interest on it, including hours they’re open, etc. I also write the address of the hotel on it, so if I happen to be taking a taxi, I can just show them that paper, so we’re both thinking the same place.
You said a "large map" when it sounds like you need a "detailed map". We have used the Michelin "Paris par Arrondissement" map booklet. Handy pocket size and each arrondissement is shown in 1 or 2 detailed and legible maps. Includes metro, bus, taxi and train info as well as other helpful data. And a big plus is the complete street index! After all its Michelin.
We found our Streetwise map the most helpful in Paris. We always check to see if a Streetwise map is available for any city we visit for any appreciable length of time as they are always the most useful.
I'm not sure where you are staying, but most hotels have a Galeries Lafayette map that they give out. I always found mine to be quite helpful.
Edit: though looking at the 15th it seems a lot of smaller rue names are missing
