I'm thinking of taking my granddaughter to an evening concert at la Sainte Chapelle in July. If you've been there late afternoon or summer evening, how comfortable was it for you?

We were there this week - it was certainly not stifling, but it did get warmer as the evening wore on. Certainly nothing unpleasant - obviously it will be warmer in July though!

I can add that it will probably be comfortable enough. I can still remember the sweat on the violinist's brow - but oh, how magical! He also had the most sublime of smiles! Your granddaughter will always remember it, and that you took her there!
