I have tried their online reservation request twice and I’m curious if anyone else has had a problem. I fill out the form, but there isn’t a ‘send message’ or ‘send request’ box attached. I’ve not heard back either.

Today I filled out the info in their ‘contact us’ form and the message was sent. I did request a reply letting me know if it is too early to request October even though it is a choice.

Anyone tried to make a reservation this far in advance-2 months-and had luck or not?

I know we can call and may have to do so. At least my husband can begin the conversation in French!

Once you have chosen a date and time the form is displayed.

The lower part of the form (with the validation button) does not appear if you do not scroll down the form.

I made an "empty" reservation in October with the English version, it works

When the reservation is confirmed you will receive an email at the address you entered. If not, check your spam folder.

I’ll sure try that. Thank you! There didn’t appear to be a scrolling option but it’s worth a go back to see.

There are times when I’m completely stupid!! It worked of course.
Thank you so much JoLui. We are confirmed!

EDIT: Yes, I made it for the wrong date! So then…….oh my. We now have a reservation for the correct date. Some days are better than others and going forward, I hope that thought holds.
