I have the opportunity to go on an all day tour through Provence and they will stop for 1 hour for the Sunday market which is quite convenient. Would it be better if I went to this town on a Sunday from Avignon independently?

Love this market! I would want more time there myself. One hour is very short for this extensive and fun market!

One hour seems very short to me as well, and I was there on Wednesday when the market is smaller, plus it was raining.
