Jules Verne Restaurant Rservation in Eiffel Tower

Made reservations for me and my Dad for 2 on July 8 at 9:30 pm and was wondering if anyone has gone here, when you get your reservation confirmation that should have name/time when you go up to the person before going in the restaurant, and overall what the experience was like?

We've eaten at the Jules Verne twice, last time being three years ago. It's a formal atmosphere, with most male customers wearing suits. Ambiance is amazing and the food, for a touristy location, was actually quite good. The price: $$$$$. So, be prepared. As I recall, the evening hours were 7pm to either 9:30pm or 10:00pm, so you may want to double check your reservation times. 9:30 sounds a bit late for the Jules Verne. Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your reservation. You'll find the line for the elevator to the restaurant.

Enjoy!

Part of the fun of paying too much money for dinner is that you don't stand in the elevator line -- keep to the left and go right up to the staffer and show your reservation -- bob's your uncle, and you get on the next car going in that direction ;-)
