My daughter is going from Florence to Paris for the weekend, then back to Florence. She is a vaccinated American with an Italian Visa because she is studying there.
Does anyone know if she can simply fly back and forth on Air France? According to the website, it looks like France wants her to have a negative Covid test, and then Italy wants her to have a negative covid test. Could that be right?
I am not keeping up with current requirements, having given up on Europe for the year.

I know that she does not need a test to enter France from Italy if she is fully vaccinated.
I am less sure on what she needs to go back into Italy. I would Google the Italian government rules for entering Italy from France (France is a “C” country for Italy, along with the rest of the EU). The info is available in English on the Italian government’s site.
Thanks both! It looks like her USA CDC vaccination card will work for her going back to Italy. Last I knew, Italy was requiring Covid tests to enter from the USA but it looks like from within the EU is easier.
