If I am correct, you are doing this on a port day? St. Malo is quite interesting in itself, but if your heart is set on Mont St-Michel, you can try googling private transport St Malo. I did so and many listings popped up.

and don't forget to check the tide table if you actually want to go on to the Mont. It would be really annoying to pay for the van and then find out that the high tide is at the time you wanted to visit.
