Bonjour. In Paris, where are computers with internet access available to travelers? May travelers use the computers in the public libraries? Will have neither a laptop nor a tablet while in Paris. Mobile phone screen is too small. Hotel will not have a computer for use by guests. Merci.
Go to Google Maps, pull up ”Paris” and then type in “Internet Cafe.” More locations than I would have guessed.
A few "cyber cafes" still exist that provide computers, internet access, printing and photocopying services, though many are now geared more towards video gamers.
A Google search for "cyber cafe" in Paris lists a few locations:

Refine the search by moving the map to the area you are interested in. If you are on the Left Bank, I see 2 that might be suitable:
Cyber Cube Montparnasse
Luxembourg Micro
Be aware that you may need to provide identification to access the computers (passport)
at an internet cafe, and I would be careful about doing anything requiring secure access
on a semi-public computer that you don't know what prior users have been working on.
