Is there wi-fi on Paris public transit? I will be taking buses and subways and trains.

No, everyone uses their mobile phone service for internet. Most French plans cost as little as 20€ per month with unlimited data. Most of the parks have free Wifi.

Trains yes, for the most part. If you watch train vlogs like I do they usually comment on the quality and quantity of the wifi, but in many cases they end up using their cellular since it's stronger and more reliable.
