Definitely getting into the nitty gritty here! I have the list of 80 monuments covered by the pass but am trying to obtain more information on which monument cafes and gift shops also offer discounts. Is there any such list or do you need to ask on site? Thanks!
This is what the website says:

Thanks, Mary. I was hoping there might be a list of the “selection of cafes and restaurants located in or near our monuments.” The wording on the website is fairly vague—especially regarding cafes “near” monuments. It would be nice to know where to find these!

Ruth, I haven't found any list of cafes. However, the Cafe Laperouse off the courtyard at Hotel de la Marine honored the discount in the past. But, of course, it could be different now.
Getting replies from Centre des Monuments Nationaux has been 50/50 for me.
Ruth,
I would hazard a guess that when you are at the monuments, they will be able to tell you what nearby cafes will offer a discount for the pass. Perhaps these change over time or seasons.
I was also looking at this pass--it seems you need a French address to get it? I tried to get the email version but it was not coming up in English version(and i don't know enough French to be able to fill it out). and I could not find an English list of places that take the pass. Thanks for any information you find out!

No, I was able to purchase it here at home last year before I traveled.
Do you have a translate function on your computer that will change it to English?
OK, I went to the subscription site and on my MAC on Safari I clicked the icon at the top in the URL space to translate and it would translate each page.
You can also bring up the Google Translate page and translate each section as you go if your computer won't do it for you.

Here is the list of monuments. Those listed under the heading of "Ile-de-France" are in and around Paris.

Hi Deb — I was able to purchase the pass online this week and I’m in the US. I needed to create an account (email address and password) but other than that it was pretty straightforward. There was only one spot when I got to the options of which pass to select that wasn’t translated, and a quick check on my phone translation app clarified that the phrase I didn’t know was the renewal option. Maybe try again?
