Is the Louvre open on Bastille Day?

How do I confirm if the Louvre is open this year on Bastille Day, July 14, 2015? On the Louvre website, one page lists public holiday closures in 2015 and includes January 1 but not July 14, while another page lists all holidays and shows the museum as open on January 1 but closed on July 14. We read in a forum from last year that the Louvre was open with free admission on Bastille Day last year, and wonder if that is true again this year.

It is normally open on Fete Nationale and is free BUT this year July 14 falls on Tuesday which is the day of the week the museum is closed -- so it is not open this year on July 14.

In other words, it does not close for July 14 but it is always closed on Tuesday.
