On the Louvre website, one page lists public holiday closures in 2015 and includes January 1 but not July 14, while another page lists all holidays and shows the museum as open on January 1 but closed on July 14. We read in a forum from last year that the Louvre was open with free admission on Bastille Day last year, and wonder if that is true again this year.
