Is it possible to see Versailles and Giverny Garden in same day

I’ve noted several private car company’s have trips to one of the above places, I’m wondering if it’s possible to see and enjoy both sights in one day without being rushed.
If not which would you recommend, I’m leaning towards Giverny

This is our second trip to Paris

that sounds a bit like, can I see the Louvre and the Orsay in the same day? Well yeah probably, but why do that?

In a word, no. Pick one or the other, or do each on separate days. Which one would depend in part on what you want to experience, and in part on the time of year.

Nope, you will not "enjoy both" in one day.

Having been to both, I far more enjoyed Giverny.

If you are comfortable taking a train, it is an easy train ride from Paris, then local tram to the garden. I suggest you try to be one of the first in line at GIverny before the crowds of tour groups. You can visit the churchyard grave of Claude Monet on your way back to the tram stop. And lunch in any of a number of restaurants along the way. Stop in on a gallery or two as well.

I too enjoyed Giverny over Versailles and would never suggest anyone see both in a day. Versailles is huge and takes an entire day to see it all. Otherwise, what’s the point if you’re going to see the hall of mirrors which I found disappointing.

No, it's not.

I took a tour from Paris-Trip many years ago that did both. Between the two there was an excellent lunch at Moulin des Forges in a médiéval wind mill.

Versailles to me is exhausting. I enjoyed it most on a cold winter day.

Don't recommend doing both in one day. If you are going to Versailles during the season where you can tour the gardens and the fountains, spend all day there. They pipe in classical music and the fountains "dance". I thought the interior was well worth seeing. It's an easy train ride from Paris (done it twice).

Monet happens to be my favorite artist so his home was a must see. Just a couple of hours is sufficient.

Thank you to everyone we’re going with Giverny

Stephanie, that is a good call. I do suggest you also walk thru town to the small church where Monet is buried. There is also a touching memorial to a Lancaster bomber crew who went down nearby on June 7 or 8 1944.
