Can anyone suggest me what Internet sim to purchased during my 6 days in Paris? And any idea how much it will cost?

We used Orange throughout France. Put something like "SIM card France" in the search field above -- this is a common topic and I suspect you'll find more info than you need.

Look up "Orange Holiday" - I believe the fee is about 39 € .
If you print out the plan you want and bring it to an Orange boutique, make sure to bring your actual passport and the address in Paris.
Avoid going during lunch and when the store opens and closes to get better service. Thé agent will insert the SIM, unlock it and make sure it works.

I bought a different SIM card from the first electronics shop I passed (with some kind of SIM advertisement in the window). It was a three letter company (SRT or something?). I paid 30 euro for the card with something like 5 minutes talk time, unlimited texts (doubt they meant international texts) and 2 GB of data to start. Later I added another 30 euro (and changed some of the settings on my phone to save unneeded data usage), which lasted the rest of my 17 night trip.
Orange is probably as good of company as any. There is a lot of competition, so prices stay competitive.
