We need to go from Chamonix to Annecy this September and the Ouibus schedule is very odd. It has many buses per day until September 2 and after that there are only two buses, both at inconvenient times (too early, or too late). I have been refreshing the page multiple times per day for a few weeks in case they just haven't populated the site yet, but nothing changes. Does anyone know if the amount of service drops off precipitously after Sept. 2? Wondering if we need to book a driver at much greater expense. The train schedule takes too long for us, we just want to go late morning and enjoy a full day there. Any info appreciated.

Yes, it landed there quite by accident, and I thought people who know France or live in one of these areas might know more about this. The 10:50 and 11 AM trains that the responding person (Spain forum) posted about are about right but don't seem to exist after 9/2. And there is no way to ask Ouibus a direct question on their help/contact page.
My guess is that after the summer vacation season ends, they run fewer buses per day.
