In Paris. Need restaurant and pastry shop recommendations.

In Paris. Any recommendations for restaurants and pastry shops in the Notre Dame, Champs d’elysee or Montmarte (white church up the hill) area? Thanks

Never had a bad meal or pastry in Paris. Just look at the menus posted and see what is to your liking.

We liked eating at crepes at Breizh Café and Fallafel at L'As du Fallafel.

We tried pastries but I always read google reviews before entering.

I'll just say that the Champs Elysees area tends to be very expensive. It has become the part of Paris that attracts ultra-wealthy folks from around the world, and those who wish to rub elbows with them. Personally I spent only enough time there to take some photos of the (really outstanding) roadside flower beds and the Arc de Triomphe itself.

Up at the top of Montmartre you essentially have the Sacre Coeur basilica, the funicular, and a few souvenir shops. In this walking guide, if you scroll down toward the bottom, you'll find some restaurant recommendations that sound nice. http://aparisguide.com/montmartre/

Near Notre Dame the choices are extensive and all pretty good, AFAIK.
