We're looking at going on Viking River cruise from Avignon to Lyon in June 2024 before the Paris Olympics. We would also like to do a pre-cruise trip to Nice and Monaco.
What will things be like around there during that time, given last minute construction, closures, and influx of people arriving for the Olympics?
