idTGV - cannot print ticket for child

Hi, I purchased train tickets from http://en.voyages-sncf.com/en/ yesterday to travel from Paris to Avignon Centre. The first leg of the trip is from Paris to Avignon TGV on idTGV, and the second leg is a connection from Avignon TGV to Avignon Centre.

The second leg of the trip correctly reflects that we are traveling with children, but the first part showed all tickets as adults, which isn't a problem per se except that in order to print out the tickets, idTGV's website requires putting in all passenger's birthdate, and it doesn't allow entering years later than 2004.

Has anyone else run into this problem and know how to fix it? Is it safe to artificially entering the wrong birth year?

Thanks!

This is purely an educated guess from me: You're probably not getting a child discount on that train, just an advance-purchase discount, so the age doesn't really matter. They're asking for more detailed passenger data online to reduce ticket fraud (such as duplicating or reselling tickets). But the train conductor may not see those birthday details. And even if he does, I would not expect him to check all your birthdates or to care about whether someone is 8 or 12.
