Has anyone been there recently? I am having trouble making reservations through the official website (process never completes). We plan to go in mid-late August 2023 and don't see how to make reservations other than one website, which is not working. Also, any opinion on using the French train system app on my phone to reserve a train ticket from Paris to Roeun versus Rail Europe? Thank you

I found this, https://historial-jeannedarc.tickeasy.com/fr-FR/accueil which appears useful AND they say that In case of technical problem on the ticket office do not hesitate to call us at 02 35 52 95 25 Monday to Sunday from 10am to 17pm.

Thank you. I'm in the US (which I forgot to mention in topic) but I managed to get reservations using the site that was in French.
