Have no specific recommendation, but suspect it would be 500 euro, or more.

Presumably you will have been staying in Nice? If so, ask your landlord/host/manager for a suggestion.

I recommend the train as well. Super easy to catch from the Nice airport and a lovely little ride.
Arles is fabulous.

If money isn’t an issue, ask your airline to arrange one. Or, use Air France or Emirates travel agency service.

I know that Emirates uses chauffeur services all along the Riviera to pick up their Nice-Dubai A380 top-deck passengers.

I’m a senior and would be more comfortable traveling by train than by car. It’s quite simple to take the TGV to Marseille St. Charles where you would change trains for Arles. Then it’s a short taxi ride to the port. The station at Marseille is all on one level and they would have 20 minutes or more to change trains. Purchasing tickets in advance, 2nd class could cost as little as €72 or 1st class €106 for 2 passengers.
