How to get from Avignon-->Aix March 8

Since it looks like the March 7 strike may well extend past that date, I'm wondering how my brother and I can get from Avignon to Aix-en-Provence on March 8. FlixBus doesn't have any options. Blablacar/bus is limited (we'd have to get to Sourges to get a BlaBlaCar) but I don't really know how it works or if more rides will be added as the date approaches... What other options are there? We're on a limited budget so a private transfer or taxi is not ideal... and we won't have a rental car.

We're also traveling from Aix to Lyon on March 11. I had booked the train but now booked FlixBus as a back-up and am thinking of canceling the train.

Even on non-strike days, the bus is the best way. Zou Express 63 is the line number.
It's not Flixbus/Blablabus but a public bus, though, so it might be affected by the strike.

How long are you in Avignon, i.e. can you cut your time in Avignon short and make that trip on March 6th (pre-strike) instead of March 8th?

Unfortunately, not easy to reschedule. my brother has his heart set on a few days in Avignon and I think to leave two days early would be sad for him. In that case we would have only one full day there. And perhaps the strike will start even the evening of the 6th.

Does BlaBlaCar/Bus offer more slots as it gets closer? We're also a bit confused by the one BlaBlaCar offering that day, from Sorgues to outskirts of Avignon, which could be difficult if no buses are running and taxis are scarce (and we don't have working phones).

A bit confused by companies like MyDayTrip offering a same-day return from Avignon to Aix for 46 euros a person, but if you ask if you can pay the full rate but not return, they refer to a 240 euro service.

We're also looking at taxis... seeing about 150 euros.
