How early do you need to be at Louvre if have booked slot ?

I am wondering in this busy season, although I have booked a slot for 4 pm on Wednesday for louvre how early do I need to be there and once I am there do I stand in a line or go straight up to the security ?

Get in the line at the pyramid for those with prepaid tickets at four or before. There won't be a wait at that hour.
