How do we travel from Brittany to Naples?

Hello,

We are traveling on 27th June (a Tuesday) from La Trinity Sur Mer to Naples Italy. There appears to be no easy way to get from one to the other. We will be using a car in Brittany but it's too far to drive to Naples.

I'm wondering if anyone has travelled from Brittany to Naples and may have some advice for us? And, even if you haven't I'm wondering if you may know of a better route than I've found.

So far, I see that we can go back to CDG and take a flight from there, Air France is just over $400 for the 3 of us.

We can also make our way to other smaller towns in France and then fly to Naples. The only difficulty being that not all of the smaller airlines fly on a Tuesday to Naples and the larger airlines (and sometimes the smaller ones) have a stop included, often in the their country of origin making it an extremely long day.

At this point I was thinking about taking the train. But, again, as far as I can see we have to go back to CDG and then out to Naples.
I've also considered flying to Rome and then taking a local train to Naples.

Thank you, best, Jen.

According to skyscanner.com, Volotea flies from Nantes to Naples non-stop on Monday, Thursday and Saturday beginning in the second half of April. The next-closest non-stop flights seem to be from Paris.

Flights from Nantes (or Rennes) to Rome could help, too, if they exist. Rome to Naples is a fairly quick train ride - quicker than flying to Paris first to get a Paris-Naples flight.

Thanks, Acraven, We need to travel on the Tuesday and that's what I also came up with, flights out of Paris.

Thanks, Balso. I've played around with flying out of Nantes and Rennes to Rome, the only difficulty seems to be that there aren't any flights on our day. I'll have a look again though because all of the options (that seemed to lead to Paris) have my head spinning!

On Tuesday June 27 you also have the option of a Rennes-Naples flight via Nice with Easy Jet Worldwide
Departure from Rennes at 1:15 p.m. arrival in Naples at 7:15 p.m. (2h50 stopover in Nice).
It's a little faster than Air France (and probably a little cheaper)

Thank you, JoLui, I appreciate you taking the time to look. I'm still holding out for something simpler, but I realize that I may not find it!
