To summarize the link, upon existing the terminal, you take the tram for free to the Grand Arenas stop. You cross the street where there is an elevator or a staircase to go up to the platform. You can buy tickets there or via the SCNF Connect app. Note the hours of the train if you are arriving early or late. There are two stations for Menton, so check which one is closest to where you are staying.
