Dear Mr. Steves,
I am planning a trip to go see where the Cure' of Ars lived and worked his miracles. Have you included this town in any of your shows? Also, how do I find a local tour guide in any of these places?

have a look on Tours by Locals - I dont know if they have a guide in the area, but they are a reliable service - they deal directly with the guides and check them first, so the dodgy ones never get listed. https://www.toursbylocals.com/find_tour&pcl=618

If I didn't find anything online before the trip, my first place to look would be the local Tourism Office.

About a half million people visit each year, so there should be plenty of tour opportunities. When I visited with our parish pastor years ago, it was a sleepy town. I knocked on the rectory door, they gave me the key to the basilica, and he celebrated the Mass (glad I remembered all the responses)
