Hotels or B&B in Strasbourg France and Baden Baden

Myself and my sister and her boyfriend are traveling the first week of November and will fly into Paris CDG and then train to Strasbourg. A fellow RS experienced traveler has offered the advice to stay on the island and he enjoyed Hotel Rohan and I have emailed them but they only have rooms for 2. I have also inquired with Hotel Suisse which is on Rue De La Rape and they do have a family room for 129Euro but breakfast would be an extra 33Euro for all 3 of us.
Does anyone have a hidden gem where I can get a triple with breakfast or a single and double room affordably in both Strasbourg and we were thinking of a couple of days staying in Baden Baden as we love the thermal baths like Budapest I hope! Affordable means 130euro with breakfast or less.

I just returned from Ireland and the advice you provided on lodging just made my trip and my rooms at the Petra House in Galway and the Pax House in Dingle were 100euro or less with a grand breakfast. So I am researching and reading all the previous posts and RS books and asking for your wisdom and experience.

Hi Kathy,
Just saw no one answered you on this. I can recommend the Hotel am Markt in Baden Baden - a couple of blocks from the wonderful baths. A delightful full breakfast is included in the cost of the room. I don't know rates - you can look online - but I travel very economically so it's got to be reasonable. Ask for a room that doesn't face the street.

Thank you so much for responding and guess what, I booked at this hotel. There are 2 with the same name but this one is owned by her family and it is close to the spa. They are lovely and they even have a double and will put a twin so 3 of us can stay.

Great tip on where the room should face.

Thanks again and can't wait for our Strabough and Baden Baden trip before heading to Lyon.

In Strabough, I am staying at Hotel Suisse and Hotel Roses, both are 2 star but good reviews but have not found anyone who has stayed there.

Really appreciate your info.
