I was wondering if anyone has any hotel recommendations near Arc de Triomphe that has two twin beds or 2 full beds.

Try booking.com for places. You can filter for locations and bed types. It's a good place to start. I have always been happy with the site for booking lodgings. Filters for various options are on the left.

The Peninsula has rooms with 2 twin beds and is about a 10 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and has wonderful service.
For more meaningful hotel recommendations please include your nightly budget in Euros and approximate dates.
