Does anyone know what hotels are INSIDE de gaulle airport?
There are eight.
Have a look at http://www.parisaeroport.fr/en/passengers/services/practical-services/hotels/charles-de-gaulle
It will depend on which terminal you are interested in for which is closest.
Citizen M is brand new and inside Terminal 3.

The Sheraton is located inside Terminal 2.

Will report back on the CDG Ibis after we stay there in September -- we stayed at the Golden Tulipe in the nearby Roissy area on a prior trip and had a 45-min shuttle trip in the morning.
Just curious. You've asked about airport hotels at Paris and Amsterdam. What are your travel plans?
We stayed at CDG Ibis and we were satisfied. The room is quite small but adequate for a night's sleep and no hassles getting to CDG on time. We stayed at the Sheraton at CDG on the trip before that. It's more money and the usual size type of room.
Hi,
We stayed at the Ibis and were more than happy. The door for the Ibis and the door to the airport should have been connected with a roof. As it was, you are "in the open" for twenty steps. The room was clean, quiet, and cleverly constructed.
