Hotels for an extended stay

We will be visiting Paris for a lengthy vacation of 2 - 3 weeks in late April and May 2027. Looking for a hotel that might offer extended stay rates in the Marais, Latin Qtr or St Germain areas. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Jim, you could also simply contact a few smaller independent hotels (no chains) in a neighborhood you like. Some of them will certainly offer a good discount.

Just something to think about but I usually split up my days when I am longer than 2 weeks. This last April I stayed 10 nights at one hotel and 10 at another. Just nice to have a change.

definitely look at apartment hotels -- even being able to do breakfast in not only saves money but also gives you the joy of buying the fabulous breakfast items from the many bakeries that will be near you. as well as have cheese and snacks and wine in the room. I can't recommend one in Paris (avoid Adagio Bastille) because we normally stay in a regular apartment -- but we have done apartment hotels in many smaller cities and it has been excellent. When we are in a city where we don't know the ropes on apartments we always go for the apart/hotels -- have done them in Vienna, Berlin, Prague and Montpellier -- all a great way to have amenities we want without the hazards of the local rental market. A one bedroom so you have two rooms is ideal -- that way one person can sleep in while the other starts their day etc -- but even a studio with a small table and chairs and a kitchenette makes several weeks in a place work much better than a simple hotel room.
