Third time's a charm!
I was able to book this hotel for our September visit after missing out on two previous tries.
Can't wait to check out the Hotel and area.

Hello! I saw your post and looked up the hotel. It is amazing! I noticed they have three hotels. How did you decide on the Hotel Signature?

I really like this area, particularly the walk down rue du Bac and the Carré Rive Gauche. Le Bon Marché itself has fascinating, themed displays, often by well known artists. The street, rue Chomel, is not really characteristically the 7th and the ET, not really St Germain des Prés either, in spite of the name. This is its own area, a blend of the 6th and 7th arrondissements (with fewer tourists than either is known for), and the many wonderful shops on rue de Sèvres. The hotel, until recently, has been known simply as the Signature. Not sure why St Germain des Prés was added, maybe a new owner.
Be sure to reserve at least one night at les Botanistes, an excellent restaurant, just steps away. And do not miss lunch at Au Babylone, a family run spot, oozing old Parisian charm.
