Using Booking.com, I think I have narrowed down my Paris hotel choices to the following:
Little Hôtel
Eiffel Kennedy
Hôtel Du Printemps
Does anyone have any experience with any of these hotels?

Pretty sure it is Paris.
OP could have made it a bit easier, but Hotel Eiffel Kennedy, is somewhat of a giveaway.

Check out Grand Hotel Leveque. My wife and I have stayed there. On pedestrian street Rue Cler which you will love. Restaurants and specialty shops right out your door. Also, an excellent location. Close to the Eiffel Tower and a metro station.

I just looked up Grand Hotel Leveque, and their booking calendar only goes up to April. Do they open up more dates?

I don't understand your inability to book Leveque beyond April in that I went to their website and could book beyond that date. You can always email them at: [email protected]

I had no problem finding dates in June, using the link in gregory's post ( macbook using firefox)
