Looking at these two properties for our last 2 nights in Paris. Both great places
Which is creating the dilemma! Prices are virtually same. Please comment on locations, knowing we are staying 3 nights earlier at a hotel near the Louvre before heading to Normandy.
Location and proximity (especially walking) ArcdeTriomphe and Eiffel Tower.
Thanks in advance . Just don’t know the surrounding neighborhoods etc.

We stayed at a hotel near Hotel Regence Etoile and really liked that area. It is only steps away from the Arc de Triomphe and though you could walk to the Eiffel Tower we chose to take the nearby metro from the Charles de Gaulle Etoile station to Trocadero for the great views across the Seine from Trocadero to the Eiffel Tower. Just a block or so away from Hotel Regence Etoile is a restaurant that we loved - Le Vin Coeur.
