hotel recommendations near Gare du nord

Hello, any recommendations on decent affordable hotels or inns near Gare du nord? I will be traveling back from southern France in late June and have a day to spend in Paris before flying home. Would like to be able to stay close to the train to CDG. Prices on rooms look very high right now. Thanks!

For one night, I suggest either 25 Hours Hotel Paris Terminus Nord which is right across the street or ibis Paris Gare du Nord TGV.
